EPO attended the EU celebration of the Official Control Regulation (OCR) on December 13th, 2019. The “Smarter Rules for Safer Food and Plant Health” dedicated conference was a unique opportunity to get the latest information about the OCR's implementation along with the ones related to the new plant health law - entering into force as well on December 14th, 2019. This new plant health law does cover aquatic plants (i.e. incl. the ones for aquariums and ponds).
